This was our first halloween to stay at home and actually go trick or treating. It was really fun. We usually have a fund raiser for the senior high choir every halloween called trunk or treat. That has always been fun but the students have to dress up their cars and with halloween being on a friday night we figured that might be hard with all the football games etc so we canceled it. So I actually decorated the front of our house and we carved pumpkins and everything! We went out early so we could get back home for all the other kids that might come to our house.
Joshua mom thinks that halloween is the devil's birthday so she never let him go trick or treating so it was his first time too!
Gavin eventually got the hang of it somewhat!
He even got to eat some of his candy that night! He ate the entire sucker all by himself. He walked around outside sucking on it like he was a pro-halloweener!
