Gavin Stewart

Just recently Gavin has started introducing himself as Gavin Stewart. And when anyone asks him his name they get the same response. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the number of times a day where he is pushing limits and gets the "Gavin Stewart listen to mommy!" and the raised eyebrows and all that goes with that. I am amazed though at how his little brain is already processing information really well because he does know that Stewart is his last name. Last night I asked him what his name was and he told me then he said my name was mommy stewart and daddy was daddy stewart. Not sure how he really made that whole connection but there you go! He likes to respong to see ya later alligator with after while crocidile. And he has started memorizing songs and books. At first I thought he was just saying the words after I did but he will walk around the house singing a song from the movie "Cars" or ask for a worship song by lyrics from the chorus. And after we read The Little Engine That Could today before nap, he sat in the rocking chair and recited abunch of the words from different parts of the book back to me. I'm just so amazed at how smart he seems to be and how fast he's turning the cutest little boy!
