Did you pray with him?!?!

The other night I was putting Gavin to bed. We had read a book and were rocking and then saying our prayers. After we finished we started talking about Jesus. I wondered maybe what all Gavin had picked up about Jesus in his little mind. So I was asking him where he thought Jesus lived. He wasn't quite sure. So I told him that Jesus lived in heaven and in mommy's heart and daddy's heart. He thought about that for a second and then said he wanted Jesus to live in his heart. It was so sweet! I told Joshua about that later and he started jumping up and down and (of course jokingly) said, "Did you pray with him?" As if Gavin had just decided that he wanted to follow Jesus as his savior and lord at barely two years old! But still, such a sweet boy!
