An "Offer"

Just thought I would keep everyone in the loop. We technically got an offer on our house this past weekend. It was about 55,000 under what we still owe besides closing costs and realtor fees and any money we would have to spend to meet inspection things. Needless to say we do not have 50,000 just laying around in our bank account period, or that we would like to pay someone to buy our house. :) So we did not take the offer. At least we can't say that we have never got "an offer."
